A packed aula, students in formal attire, and busy music teachers could only mean one thing: An ISU concert! These legendary concerts provide the perfect overview of the extensive afterschool programme offered by the ISU Music Academy.

Concert day kicked off a little earlier this time, to allow our youngest students to perform to their peers during a primary music assembly. After home time, our school families joined the official concert.

The ISU music academy offers exiting programmes in which our students can develop their skills, grow their confidence and enjoy making music together. Please enjoy a short aftermovie.

Little Mozart

It was just wonderful to see, how much students develop their musicianship through this programme as all levels of Little Mozart performed. The students who are now in their third year of Little Mozart even played Beethoven's 5th symphony on different types of xylophones, an impressive performance.

Older students from the rock band programme had their moment to shine the Spring Concert took place in the Aula

Besides from Little Mozart their were impressive performances from our choir, Beethoven string and Beethoven wind programme. These groups all consist of primary and secondary students. Last, but certainly not least, we had some lovely performances from the rockband programme. Within this programme students from Grades 6-12 form their own rockbands, choose the music they like, practice and perform; all supported through the music department.

Private instrumental lessons

Besides taking part in music activities offered by the ISU Music Academy, ISU offers private and small group music lessons through private music teachers. These teachers , some of whom have been with our school for over 10 years, use the school facilities to offer their lessons.
