Good to know before you apply.

International School Utrecht is a fee paying school. On this page you will find the fee summary, financial information and payment details. You can also find the link to the ISU Apple web shop below.

School Fees & Bank details

The school fees for the 2024-2025 school year range from 5380 euro for a Kindergarten student to 7430 euro for a Diploma student (including enrolment fee and deposit new student). To find the complete school fee information, please read our  Standard Terms & Conditions 2024-2025.

Due to the governing structure of the ISUtrecht, the school has two separate bank accounts: one for primary (PYP) students and one for secondary (MYP/DP) students. Please note that if you have children in both primary and secondary, you will be paying school fees to two separate accounts.

  • For primary (PYP) students the bank account is: NL28RABO0182469549 (SPOUtrecht)
  • For secondary (MYP/DP) students the bank account is: NL04RABO0356552195 (NUOVO)

BIC: RABONL2U

Bank Address: Rabobank Utrecht, Beneluxlaan 31-33, 3526 KK Utrecht

All payments should clearly display the full name of the student and the parent names.

The ISU Apple web shop

At ISU, both secondary students and teachers use an Apple MacBook Air. This has proven to be a very durable, stable, efficient and versatile device, which has the benefit of being compatible with all software and devices we use at ISU. With proper care, this device should serve you well for more than 5 years. As everyone at ISU uses MacBooks, in combination with the extensive experience of our IT department, it is easy to find someone who can help at school, should there ever be any problems. As an added bonus, the Apple Macbook also comes with easy to use, built-in parental controls called Screen Time so you can monitor (and if needed, prevent) any inappropriate use of the laptop together with your child.

All secondary students require their own personal Apple MacBook for school and parents/caregivers need to purchase this MacBook themselves. Although you are welcome to order your Apple MacBook directly, we recommend you arrange this via the ISU webshop, as it gives you the option to purchase 36 months of comprehensive insurance and repairs. We recommend purchasing the insurance together with the MacBook to protect yourself against unforeseen events and to always receive the right help.
