Collection & Library time
Our diverse and inclusive collection spans a wide range of genres, home language titles, and picture books—carefully curated to support the curriculum and nurture curiosity, imagination, and critical thinking.
Primary students attend weekly “library time” sessions, where teacher-librarians lead engaging lessons in reading, inquiry, and information literacy. These sessions feature book exchanges, independent and shared reading, and interactive storytimes.
The secondary library offers a dedicated space for reading, research and collaboration, with access to eBooks and databases that support both academic and personal interests. Students use the space for independent study or group work and receive personalised support in research, academic writing, referencing and responsible technology use.
Opening hours for parents
Both libraries are open from Monday - Friday from 14:30-16:00. Please note that the primary library can be busy for the first hour, 14:30-15:30 due to sibling care. Parents are welcome to come in and open an account. This enables you to borrow up to 7 books each loan period of 2 weeks.
