We danced, made smores, sat around the campfire and watched the sun set over the lake. These days together are so valuable for both students and teachers to connect as a group, get to know each other, and to grow in independence. Even though the students missed their parents and homes, they came back from Zeeland with a heart full of stories and joy. We have no doubt that the rest of the year in Grade 5 will be wonderful!
