Official Complaints Procedure

The staff and leadership at ISUtrecht will endeavour to minimise complaints. If you do, however, have a complaint, you can expect the school to deal with it swiftly and professionally. You first port of call will always be your child’s teacher.

If you feel your complaint is not being dealt with satisfactorily, you could submit a formal complaint to the Landelijke Klachten Commissie Onderwijs (National Complaints Committee for Education). It is a legal requirement for every school to have a complaints regulation. Please find here the complaints regulation from SPO Utrecht (for the primary grades) and NUOVO (for the secondary grades).
